Refund policy

Bareeza Mall does not offer any return or refund facility. However, exchanges are accepted in accordance with our exchange policy.

All exchanges are strictly season-specific. An item purchased from a particular season may only be exchanged during the same season. Seasonal articles will not be eligible for exchange once the season has ended, and no exchange will be entertained in the following season.

All exchange requests are subject to the item being unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

We request our valued customers to carefully check their purchases at the time of purchase and ensure that all product details are satisfactory before completing the transaction.
